Pack Productions & Devine Tension Present Club Queer at Brighton Fringe 2022

Unique queer cabaret/clubland experience. Club Queer will transport an audience to a world of bass-pumping, in-your-face, queer clubland from the moment the lights dim. Club Queer welcomes a spectacular line-up of LGBTQIA+ performers from Brighton and London, for a night of outrageous queer cabaret, hosted by the rural Scottish drag goddess, and high energy dancing diva, Devine Tension.

Club Queer began in the rurality of Dumfries & Galloway, Scotland, with a SOLD OUT show at Chancers Nightclub. It’s time for Brighton to get a slice of Devine. Experience a night like no other, where no two nights are the same with each night introducing a new theme:

Release your inner campy-horror, devilish villain, unapologetic bad bitch at SWEET SINNERS (May 20th) where you’ll escape to a sonic soundscape of R&B, House & Bass-Pumping tunes.

Embrace the spirit of the queer icons, from Beyoncé to Cher, at ICONS ONLY (May 27th) where you can enjoy an eclectic mix of camp classics, fan favourites, and fierce vocals.

Take a trip down memory lane, with a cheesy twist, at BUBBLEGUM (June 3rd) where you’ll be B*Witched by the power of 90s/00s nostalgia and a trip to Ibiza with a soundtrack ranging from Britney to the Vengaboys.

“Please be aware, Club Revenge is a very old building, situated over three floors with multiple stair cases to navigate. However, they are more than happy to assist in any way they can.”

“Club Revenge often have wheelchair users want to attend our ticketed shows. For these, they normally carry wheelchair users up the main stairs and position a chair on the stage for you to enjoy the show.”

“Please bear in mind that Club Queer is a standing event. Club Revenge have limited seating throughout the venue, but the majority of these are in the form of booths, with an extremely restricted view of the stage.”
