Community Fundraising

Serving and fundraising for our LGBTQ+ community.

Our Community

As well as providing the best LGBTQ+ events for Brighton’s community, we at Revenge work closely with and are active supporters of local and national charities.

We have raised thousands of pounds for worthy causes, including Pride in Brighton & Hove, The Clare Project, The Rainbow Fund, Terrence Higgins Trust South, Stonewall, Brighton Women’s Centre, Sussex Beacon, LGBrighTon, Sussex LGBTQ Society, Help For Heroes & Breast Cancer Awareness.

We also donate a percentage of takings to specific charities from a number of different drinks that we sell, such as our Crash The Cis-Tem shooter – from which, 50p from every drink gets donated to Trans Charities.

We have raised over

£

For various LGBTQ+ related causes since 2022

Safe Space & Inclusivity

As a venue whose priority is to create a safe space for our LGBTQ+ community, we champion inclusivity as a core value at Revenge.

Therefore, we will take a zero-tolerance approach to language or behaviour that is racist, sexist, homophobic, threatening or violent, or that could cause offence to a person with a disability in addition to any other person that feels harassed, bullied or discriminated against. This policy applies to all patrons of Bar or Club Revenge, our staff, DJs, drag hosts and to our security personnel.

We are committed to creating a safe, open-minded, and welcoming environment, in which anyone visiting Revenge can expect respect and a welcoming, fun, and unpretentious environment.

We strongly believe that everyone should be free from intimidation or harassment, resulting from prejudice or discrimination on the grounds of age, disability, marital or maternity/paternity status, race, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, gender identity, trans status, socio-economic status, or ideology or culture, or any other form of distinction.
Freedom of speech is important, however, intention to incite hatred is never acceptable.
